<p>Autumnal Partners are supporting a leading crypto and blockchain specialist in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their CFO office on a remote basis..</p><p><br></p><p>Our client sits at the forefront of the blockchain and digital assets space, with a global, mission-driven remit and a fast-paced finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to broaden their exposure to fintech, digital assets and international finance operations within a genuinely global organisation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Reporting into the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Preparing journal entries and supporting the wider accounting function</li><li>Managing month-end close, including trial balance reconciliations and P&L variance analysis</li><li>Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies</li><li>Processing, tracking and reconciling transactions across both fiat and crypto</li><li>Supporting the preparation of audit and tax deliverables</li><li>Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve financial and accounting processes</li><li>Supporting the preparation of budgets and management reporting</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience gained in fintech, Big 4, blockchain or crypto environments. You'll bring:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong technical expertise across FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, international payment processing and bookkeeping</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software (Sage preferred), Excel and modelling tools</li><li>A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexibility and comfort operating with ambiguity</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
