We’re on the hunt for a HubSpot Specialist / HubSpot Consultant with strong build, implementation, and lifecycle project experience. You’ll be a key player in delivering complex HubSpot solutions - from scoping and configuration to testing, launch, and optimisation. This role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with clients while getting hands-on with technical HubSpot builds.

What you\'ll do:

  • Own end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects - from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Build, customise, and optimise HubSpot portals, workflows, automations, and integrations for enterprise-level clients.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, advising clients on HubSpot best practices and CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (strategy, development, design) to ensure seamless, successful project delivery.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven agency experience working across multiple clients and industries (non-negotiable).
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise - including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CRM configuration.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills - confident client-facing presence is essential.
