We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced packaging specialist to drive forward our client’s strategy, increasing its profile and market share in the luxury sector. Home based, your role will be to build on current core business and drive further opportunities for significant growth by promoting the company’s expertise and capabilities in luxury/gift packaging for prestigious, international brands within the drinks, health & beauty, cosmetics, toiletries and confectionery sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with core customers and maintain a high profile with new prospects.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of new opportunities and prospects to support new business development.
  • Champion the strategic commitment to a greener future by promoting sustainability initiatives and plastic replacement.
  • Position the company as a market leader in the design and production of eCommerce packaging.
  • Be a passionate supporter of design led innovation with strong project management skills for the management and delivery of new product development.
  • Portray strong communication skills and an ability to build strong personal relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive and creative approach to identify and develop other high value packaging markets in premium food, confectionery, gifting, health and beauty.
  • Ensure effective and timely market intelligence on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Attend major industry events, trade shows and exhibitions as required.

The candidate we seek will have a proven track record in packaging sales/business development and a genuine passion for international, premium brands.
You will be commercially astute, self-motivated with a positive approach to life and career.
