We're looking for an experienced FM Pricing Estimator to take ownership of pricing across IFM and single-service bids, acting as the commercial lead within a multi-disciplinary bid team. This role is focused on end-to-end ownership of FM tender pricing, requiring someone who has led bid submissions and built robust commercial models within an outsourcing environment. Working closely with Bid Management, Business Development and operational teams, you will:

  • Develop pricing strategies
  • Build detailed costing models
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Lead the pricing workstream through governance to final submission

You will take full ownership of:

  • Experience pricing Facilities Management contracts (hard and/or soft services)
  • Background within FM, IFM or outsourced services environments

  • Lead the pricing workstream within the bid team and coordinate key stakeholders
  • Translate operational solutions into robust commercial submissions
  • Identify, quantify and manage risk and opportunity within bids
  • Support governance processes and clearly articulate pricing decisions
  • Contribute to mobilisation and transition pricing
