We are currently seeking a Head of Retailer Partnerships to join our Commercial Team and help us continue our mission of expanding our reach and impact in the global market. As the Head of Retailer Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining partnerships with key retailers to drive revenue and increase brand exposure. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in sales and partnerships, as well as a passion for television and media. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for retailer partnerships, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify and engage with potential retail partners, both locally and internationally, to expand the company's reach and increase revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued support. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with retailers, including terms of sale, distribution, and marketing. Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives with retail partners. Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for partnerships. Manage a team of partnership managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of partnerships. Develop and manage budgets for partnership activities and track performance against revenue targets. Act as a liaison between the company and its retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and represent the company's interests in the retail sector. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in retail partnerships, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient execution of partnership activities. Communicate regularly with senior management on partnership strategies, progress, and results. Uphold the company's values and brand image in all interactions with retail partners and stakeholders.
