Team Overview: The Procurement team at Sky operates at the core of our operations, delivering supplier contracts and relationships that support cost-efficiency, quality, risk mitigation, and sustainability. As the Head of Customer Services Group (CSG) Procurement, you’ll play a critical role in driving procurement strategies across Sky, Comcast, and NBCU, working with a high-performing, pan-European team and reporting directly to the Director of Corporate & Business Procurement. Procurement at Sky is all about leveraging our global scale to deliver locally, creating category strategies and vendor frameworks that ensure Sky stays ahead in a competitive market. What You’ll Do: Shape Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute CSG procurement strategies that align with Sky Group\'s goals in the UK, Germany, and Italy, ensuring success over the next 3–5 years. Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and manage a cross-territory team, embedding collaboration and ensuring alignment with CSG leadership priorities. Deliver Measurable Results: Achieve third-party savings targets, optimise vendor relationships, and support cost-saving initiatives across the Sky Group. Master Negotiations: Lead key supplier negotiations at a global and regional level, delivering commercial benefits and strategic value to Sky. Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior leaders and procurement teams to ensure initiatives align with business objectives across territories. Innovate and Optimise: Introduce forward-thinking solutions to address business challenges, leverage technology, and improve procurement efficiencies. What You’ll Bring: Strategic Expertise: A proven track record in global or pan-European procurement leadership, particularly in outsourcing and supplier management.
