Head of Men’s Administration - Volunteer
<strong>Lead the administration of our Men’s Department, bringing structure to enrolment, attendance, student records and volunteer coordination while improving the systems used to support students and the wider team.<br><br></strong>What difference will you make?<br><br>The Men’s Department is growing and needs stronger administrative systems to ensure that students, enrolments, attendance and progress are properly tracked. This role will help us move from fragmented or inconsistent record keeping towards a more structured system.<br><br>The volunteer will help create reliable processes that give the department a clearer picture of its students and activities, reduce gaps in information and make follow-up easier. Better administration will also help teachers and volunteers understand what support students need and enable the wider Operations team to make better-informed decisions.<br><br>By establishing practical systems and coordinating the administration team, the Head of Men’s Administration will help create a more organised and sustainable Men’s Department that can support its students effectively as the organisation continues to grow.<br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>The ideal volunteer will have experience in administration, operations or a similar coordination role and be confident taking ownership of an area of work. They should be highly organised, reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote volunteer environment.<br><br>We are looking for someone who can bring structure to existing processes, identify gaps and introduce practical improvements. Experience managing records, coordinating people, maintaining spreadsheets or databases, and creating simple administrative procedures would be valuable.<br><br>The volunteer should have strong attention to detail and be able to handle information responsibly and confidentially. Good written communication and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, volunteers and other members of the Operations team are important.<br><br>Previous experience leading or coordinating an administrative team would be an advantage, as this is a leadership role rather than a purely administrative position. Experience in education, community organisations, charities or volunteer-led organisations would also be useful, but is not essential.<br><br>Most importantly, we need someone who is proactive, dependable and willing to take responsibility for improving the way the Men’s Department is organised and supported.<br><br>Remote<br><br>What will you be doing?<br><br>The Quran Group is looking for a Head of Men’s Administration to take ownership of the administrative side of our Men’s Department and help us build more consistent and organised systems.<br><br>The volunteer will work with the wider Operations team and men’s department volunteers to ensure that student and volunteer information is accurately recorded, maintained and followed up.<br><br>Key responsibilities include<br><br><ul><li>Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the Men’s Department.</li><li>Coordinating and supporting men’s administration volunteers.</li><li>Maintaining accurate student enrolment and attendance records.</li><li>Supporting the tracking of student progress and identifying gaps in records.</li><li>Ensuring important administrative information is properly organised and accessible.</li><li>Developing simple processes for data collection, record keeping and follow-up.</li><li>Working with teachers and other volunteers to resolve administrative issues.</li><li>Identifying areas where the current administration process can be improved.</li><li>Providing regular updates to the wider Operations/Leadership team.</li><li>Helping establish clear procedures and documentation that can be maintained as the department grows.<br><br></li></ul>This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work independently, identify problems and introduce practical solutions rather than simply carrying out assigned administrative tasks
