HEAD OF BUSINESS SYSTEMS - BANKING & LENDING

  • to £110k plus up to 20% annual bonus & great benefits


This outstanding UK-based Savings Bank and Mortgage provider is seeking an addition to their senior management team, reporting directing into the Director of Technology with a remit to lead the IT Systems and Data/Insight teams across the business.


Strong understanding of Banking Regulation combined with excellent stakeholder management experience is required to succeed in this position. Leading a team of 9-10 with 4 direct reports, you will be responsible for setting the strategy for the team, working to drive innovation across the business and work with senior stakeholders to help achieve their objectives.


You will be expected to have sound Banking knowledge, particularly reporting and regulation, combined with a background in IT Systems and Application Management. Ideally you will come from a small-medium banking provider.
