What You'll Be Doing

This is a sales-focused role where you'll build relationships, solve hiring challenges and become a trusted market expert.

You'll:

  • Build relationships with investment firms and financial clients
  • Source and headhunt exceptional candidates
  • Manage the interview process from start to finish
  • Negotiate offers and close deals
  • Develop your own client portfolio
  • Learn how to win new business and generate long-term partnerships

Who We're Looking For

You'll stand out if you have:

  • A 2:1 degree or above
  • Strong A-Level results (BBB or above)
