Trained to be a specialist head hunter taking ownership, running an entrepreneurial desk. You'll source the best tech talent, set up interviews, take feedback, negotiate and close offers for mid-senior level IT professionals. Commission within IT is significantly higher, than generic desks!

You'll follow a clear performance-based career plan to fairly progress asap, instead of waiting to replace in a typical business hierarchy. When you achieve your sales targets, you'll move to the next level. Whilst working towards some luxury incentives such as Lunch Club and Trips Abroad!

After standard probation period, 10 days 'work anywhere' is also yours to take advantage of!

What are we looking for?

  • Professional, positive, confident phone manner with fluent English
  • Ambitious, motivated, competitive, coachable, resilient personality
  • Commutable to Newcastle Office (5 min walk Central/Monument)
  • Some Sales skills (Property, Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service)
  • (Optional) Fluent Nordic/Polish fluent language skills is a bonus
