Global Workplace Services Program Manager

Meta is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the Global Workplace Services (GWS) organization, which includes Real Estate and Facilities, Culinary, and Security. This role will lead and drive strategic, high-impact cross-functional programs that span multiple teams within the organization and across the company.
As a Program Manager at this level, you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex, high-visibility programs on behalf of executive sponsors. You will assemble and lead cross-functional teams, build alignment and support among key stakeholders, tailor project management frameworks to program needs, and manage all aspects of program execution. You will join an agile, dynamic team that drives significant impact across GWS.
You will be a strategic thinker and highly effective executor with demonstrated experience driving impact in Workplace or Corporate Real Estate organisations. You will have demonstrated success coordinating with regional and global partners on complex, mission-critical programs involving many interdependent teams. You are highly organised, poised, and have experience to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, strategic programs with activities spanning multiple teams and business partners
  • Drive program teams to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Partner closely with executive sponsors to define scope, execute, and operationalize programs
  • Build alignment among key stakeholders and escalate critical decisions as needed
  • Identify and solve complex operational challenges unique to each program
  • Seek opportunities for efficiencies, alignment, and process improvement
  • Define program objectives and key results that ladder up to pillar and organizational priorities
  • Assemble and mobilize teams to achieve program objectives
  • Represent GWS with company leadership and external partners
  • Continuously refine and promote best practices for cross-functional program management consistent with Meta values
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles in tech or business services
  • Proven track record of developing tailored strategic communications, experience presenting complex ideas to leadership and executive audiences
  • Experience leading meetings and driving outcomes, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in change management and operationalizing programs with operational teams
  • Demonstrated success working with international and cross-regional teams
  • Highly organized, responsive, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace Services organizations
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Experience leading global programs with cross-regional partners
  • Experience working in high-growth companies
