German Talent Acquisition Specialist

Due to continuous growth in their go-to-market team, our client is looking for a driven German TA Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity for a proactive recruiter who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders across Europe (primary market being Germany), influencing hiring decisions and attracting exceptional talent in a competitive market.


Please note that this a 6-month contract paying £269.00 basic + £39.11 holiday pay p/day (agency PAYE, inside IR35).


This is a remote role but you must be based in the UK for contractual and payroll reasons. Occasional travel to events (1-2 days per month max) could be required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop recruitment strategies that support business growth
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for key Go-To-Market (GTM) roles (sales, customer success and professional services), from briefing through to onboarding
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice on market trends, talent availability and recruitment best practice
  • Use recruitment insights, sourcing intelligence and market data to develop effective attraction strategies and support hiring decisions
  • Identify, engage and attract high-calibre passive candidates through AI-powered sourcing tools, social media, networking, and your own professional network


Requirements

  • Business fluent German (native preferred but not essential)
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
  • You have a strong track record recruiting across GTM functions and successfully hiring for commercial roles across Europe
  • You're highly skilled at identifying, engaging and nurturing passive talent through proactive sourcing techniques
  • Experience with recruitment systems, CRM platforms, analytics and AI sourcing tools to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
