You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers and customer IT teams - providing technical guidance, leading migration activities, and helping customers maximise value from their software investments. This customer-facing role combines project delivery, stakeholder management, and enterprise administration. You'll help customers simplify software management, reduce deployment risk, and drive successful adoption of new technologies.<br><br><strong>Experience & Skills Required<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience supporting or delivering software migrations, SaaS transformations, console consolidations, tenant migrations, and other IT deployment projects. </li><li> Experience with project planning, discovery, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering projects to customer deadlines. </li><li> Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate internal and customer teams to achieve successful deployment and change management outcomes. </li><li> Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, directory synchronisation, domain management, and identity migrations. </li><li> Experience working with Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and enterprise administration platforms such as SCCM, Intune, or SaaS administration portals. </li><li> Ability to confidently engage with IT administrators, IT managers, project leads, procurement teams, and software asset managers. </li><li> Strong communication, organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach and attention to detail. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Desirable Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ability to develop into a trusted technical advisor and Subject Matter Expert. </li><li> Ability to understand a customer's IT infrastructure and security questionnaires. </li><li> Understanding of software licensing, compliance, and software estate management. </li><li> Experience delivering webinars and training sessions. <br><br></li></ul><strong> Candidate Profile <br><br></strong>We're looking someone with German language business fluency (both written and verbal) who is technically capable and customer-focused with 1+ years experience in software deployments, migrations, identity management, or enterprise administration within a SaaS or technology environment.
