Progressive Coaching is an online fitness coaching company for gay & queer men who want to get leaner, stronger, more confident, and feel amazing shirtless.

We offer high-touch support, personalised training & nutrition, a thriving community, and world-class accountability.

We are now hiring a full-time coach to join us as we grow. The Role

We’re hiring a mid-level to Expert online coach who is hungry to learn, excited by coaching, and ready to help clients build bodies they’re proud of. You’ll be:

Coaching clients online through training, nutrition, and mindset

Running weekly check-ins

Hosting coaching calls, workshops, and challenges

Helping clients celebrate wins, break through sticking points, and stay consistent

Being a visible, confident face of the brand (camera confidence is essential) You’ll start slowly and ramp up over the year, with the goal of managing 70-100 clients full-time. Non-Negotiables

Minimum Level 3 Personal Trainer certification

No previous online coaching experience required, we’ll train you Availability

Able to work with clients across UK and US time zones

Must have weekend availability If you’ve previously run your own fitness business and hated the “business” part, or if you’re an in-person PT wanting to move fully online you’ll fit right in.

Compensation & Growth We reward great coaches.

£40 per client per month to start + commission

Clear promotional pathway as you grow to senior coach and potentially team leader

OTE £5,000/month at 100 clients

Commission opportunities: £6,000–£8,000/month potential
