£26,500 based on 40 hours per week, exclusive of team bonuses with an additional potential £2,500 pa. We have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and experiencedDigital Retoucherto join our team. The successful candidate must haveprevious commercial experiencein photographic retouching and be able to provide examples of this. This is a studio-based position (no remote applications please) and is for 5 days per week, Tuesday to Friday (including one later shift until 7.30pm) along with one weekend day per week. * Complete responsibility for the retouching/manipulation/design work/resizing/ colour balance of all images ordered by our clients. * Uploading images for print and accurately ordering the required frames from our lab. * Quality control of products delivered, ensuring that all orders are correct and to a high standard. * Ensuring that the turnaround time in retouch and production is within the guidelines required for the customer. * Playing a key part in other areas of the business such as meeting and greeting clients, answering telephone calls etc. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Fluent in PC/I.T. operations along with a high level of working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop with proven manipulation skills * Photography or Design education background preferred * Have an excellent understanding of colour correction along with a strong eye for detail PERSONALITY TRAITS * A presentable and confident person with excellent interpersonal skills and a 'can do' attitude. * A great team player with and excellent work ethic – enthusiastic and positive nature * Flexible working attitude * Exceptional time management and organisation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
