Fraud Management - Manager

Develop and implement effective fraud management strategies for clients, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability for clients. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends indicative of potential fraud or financial crime. Advise clients on fraud prevention and detection measures, including internal controls and fraud risk management procedures. Train and mentor team members on fraud management techniques and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, compliance, and technology, to develop and implement comprehensive fraud management solutions. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging fraud schemes, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance fraud management services. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams on fraud-related matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of service and building trust and credibility. Monitor and track the effectiveness of fraud management strategies and make recommendations for improvements as needed. Prepare and present reports on fraud management activities and outcomes to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Participate in business development activities, including proposals and presentations, to attract new clients and expand existing relationships. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
