Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Expert (IB / PE / Structured Finance) to work on a contract, part-time basis. As a Finance Expert, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Your domain knowledge in IB, PE, and structured finance will be crucial in developing detailed financial models and conducting rigorous market analyses to support both buy-side and sell-side transaction processes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed financial models and conduct rigorous market analyses to support both buy-side and sell-side transaction processes.
  • Prepare and present financial analyses, investment memos, and executive presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize complex financial information and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Conduct credit analysis and review loan agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements, market trends, and other relevant data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution, with a strong understanding of IB, PE, and structured finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of AI systems.
