FACTFIND REVIEWER (REMOTE) – EXPERIENCE OF COMPLIANCE, FILE REVIEWING OR ADVICE QUALITY WITH L4 REQUIRED

£40K - £45K + benefits REMOTE (UK)

Our client, a leading Compliance Consultancy, is looking for a Remote Factfind Reviewer. Duties will include;

  • Carry out desk-based file checking for members and clients across the full range of financial services products (excluding DB transfer advice).
  • Work effectively as a team with other Advice Quality Consultants to ensure the pipeline is managed and cases returned to members and clients within deadline.
  • Deal with member and clients’ telephone and email queries and provide support to the firms.
  • Liaise with Pensions Technical and Technical departments where necessary to ensure accuracy of technical information provided to members and clients.
  • Manage own workload and prioritise cases within the agreed SLA.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained by proactively liaising with colleagues and incorporating feedback from the AQT Management Team.
  • Assist the administration team and be the first point of escalation for any member issues.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as delegated by the Advice Quality Manager to assist the smooth operation of the team.

You should have the Level 4 diploma level in Financial Services (via CII or LIBF) with previous experience in compliance, file reviewing or advice quality and able to demonstrate technical knowledge across a broad range of UK financial advice products combined with strong understanding of compliance requirements. Pension Transfer experience/qualification useful and salary would reflect that.
