Temporary to Permanent Opportunities

Location: Bolton

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Pay: £12.87 - £14.87 per hour (depending on shift)

Pay Frequency: Monthly

Centric Talent is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client, one of the UK's leading bathroom manufacturers and retailers, based in Bolton.

About the RoleW

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals with previous warehouse experience. Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is highly desirable, as you'll be working in a busy warehouse environment where MHE is regularly used. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

  • Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Operating Material Handling Equipment (where trained and authorised).
  • Checking products before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Packaging goods securely for transportation.
  • Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
  • Supporting Goods In, stock replenishment and general warehouse duties.
  • Following warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Handling large and heavy bathroom products.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  • Experience picking, packing, loading and unloading.
  • Previous MHE experience is highly desirable.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT, numeracy and communication skills.

Available Shifts

Night Shift

  • Sunday to Thursday
  • 10:00pm – 6:00am
  • £14.87 per hour

Afternoon Shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • 12:00pm – 8:00pm
  • £12.87 per hour

Day Shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • £12.87 per hour
