Executive Assistant & Client Support Specialist

About us:

Installation Pros is a start up that delivers seamless technology installations for homes and businesses across the UK. Our core services include Starlink satellite systems, home automation, digital signage, VOIP phone systems, networking, and security solutions.

We’re a fast-growing, remote-first team committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a down-to-earth, supportive work culture. Everyone here plays a vital role in our success - and we value initiative, reliability, and clear communication.

The role

We’re looking for a capable and detail-driven Executive Assistant & Client Support Specialist to support our growing team. This hybrid role blends high-level administrative support with customer and technical coordination.

You’ll support company directors in their daily operations and serve as a helpful first point of contact for both clients and internal teams. Think of it as part right-hand to leadership, part customer care expert.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for scheduling, communication, and task tracking for company directors.
  • Supporting clients with queries, minor technical issues, and general account assistance.
  • Coordinating with our engineers to ensure smooth service delivery - including briefing them on job specs and client expectations.
  • Assisting the sales team with Starlink tech support.
  • Managing internal tools and systems to monitor job progress, customer interactions, and task workflows.
  • Preparing accurate sales commission reports and handling payment processing for the installation team.
  • Liaising with suppliers for equipment procurement and order fulfilment.
  • Handling light financial admin: client follow-ups, invoice checks, and service reviews.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have proven experience in executive support, operations, or client service.
  • Are naturally organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently - both in writing and on calls.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
  • Thrive in remote work settings with minimal micromanagement.
  • Bring a flexible, solutions-focused mindset that’s ideal for a small and fast-paced team.
  • Bonus: You’ve worked with tools like Stripe, Whatsapp business, or similar platforms.

What we offer

  • A fully remote role with a supportive, close-knit team
  • A starting salary of £25,000 per year
  • Real impact - your work directly contributes to the company’s daily success
  • A culture that values initiative, trust, and mutual respect (no corporate BS).

If you\'re looking for a practical, people-focused role, we\'d love to hear from you. Please apply with your CV and a brief cover letter.

Salary: GBP 20000 - 30000 per year Experience: 3 years required
