Position: Executive Secretaries & Executive Administrative Assistants (Education Sector)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $45–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Apply professional administrative experience to support AI research and training initiatives.
  • Translate day-to-day executive assistance tasks into clear, structured formats for AI understanding.
  • Contribute domain expertise related to administrative operations within educational services.
  • Work independently to deliver high-quality outputs within defined project timelines.

Requirements

  • Strong full-time professional experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience working within the Educational Services sector.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
  • Ability to clearly document workflows, priorities, and decision-making processes.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contract-based role.
