Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and enhance complex Excel files relevant to business operations, strategy, and data analysis.
  • Provide detailed feedback and examples of best practices in Excel for operational and consulting use cases (excluding finance).
  • Design, document, and share templates or solutions that reflect expert knowledge for AI learning purposes.
  • Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify key workflows and operational challenges represented in Excel documents.
  • Evaluate and simulate real-world business problems using advanced Excel features and formulas.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats, ensuring precise and comprehensive documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of data analysis case studies and operational scenarios leveraging Excel expertise.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and automation tools.
  • Proven experience developing Excel solutions for business operations, strategy, or consulting environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex, non-financial business problems using Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to document processes, create instructional materials, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Experience with data analysis, scenario modeling, and workflow optimization in Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in business operations, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with AI training or contributing to machine learning datasets in a domain capacity.
