Our client, a growing sales and marketing company based in the heart of Reading, is currently recruiting Entry-Level Sales Advisors to support ongoing expansion. They are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong English communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to support customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of recognised brands and non-profit clients.

The role involves engaging with customers in residential-based environments, delivering a professional customer experience and supporting customer acquisition activities.

Important Note: Our client is only able to consider candidates who are eligible to work in the UK and have full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week). Unfortunately, they are unable to accept applications from current international students.

Key Attributes Needed:

No previous experience is required, as client training is available from the start. However, applicants with backgrounds in Sales, Customer Service, Waiting staff, Hospitality, Bar Work, Retail, Direct Sales, Sales, or other face-to-face customer service roles may find their skills particularly transferable. Client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this opportunity suitable for individuals looking to broaden their skills within a sales environment.

This is a face-to-face, field-based opportunity throughout the Reading area. Successful candidates will operate on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee(where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
