EMEA Growth Director | Learning Consulting | Remote - UK | Open to UK based candidates only

Location: Remote, from the UK

Work Model: Default working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with Regional client travel when required (20-50% expected)

We are seeking an EMEA Growth Director to drive to drive enterprise growth through both expanding existing strategic partnerships and acquiring new Fortune 500 clients across the region. This is a high-visibility role at the forefront of Infopro's next chapter: bringing an exciting new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform to market, whilst maintaining growth in our advisory, content development and delivery, learning administration, and managed learning service lines.

You will combine consultative, executive-level selling with genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on learning and workforce transformation. Reporting to the Vice President, Learning Solutions, you will be a key driver of regional growth and a trusted voice to clients navigating how AI is reshaping skills and capability development.

This role is home-based in the UK, with 20–50% travel for client meetings and industry events.

What You'll Do

Acquire New Strategic Accounts

Identify, qualify, and win new enterprise clients across your EMEA territory. Build pipeline through targeted prospecting, executive networking, and market intelligence, positioning Infopro's new AI-powered skills platform, whilst maintaining growth in our advisory, content development and delivery, learning administration, and managed learning service lines.

Expand Existing Strategic Accounts

Develop and execute account plans for existing clients, focusing on expanding wallet share and building multi-year partnerships. Target high-value transformational engagements that deliver measurable business impact across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.

Champion the AI Platform Launch

Play a leading role in bringing Infopro's new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform and managed learning services to market across EMEA, helping shape go-to-market approach, client positioning, and early wins.

Lead Consultative Sales Processes

Manage complex enterprise sales processes from initial engagement through to close, navigating multiple stakeholders including Chief Learning Officers, Chief Talent Officers, HR and L&D leaders, procurement, and IT.

Manage Complex Sales Cycles

Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes involving Chief Learning Officers, Chief Talent Officers, HR executives, procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders. Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and systematically advance opportunities.

Build Executive Relationships

Build credible, trusted relationships from C-suite through to C-suite-2 levels, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor on AI-enabled learning and workforce transformation.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Partner closely with the VP, Learning Solutions, along with solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams, to shape compelling, client-aligned proposals and ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.

Maintain Pipeline Discipline

Keep accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast data, and bring a structured, disciplined approach to territory and account planning.

What You Bring

Professional Experience
  • Proven experience selling learning, skills development, talent, or workforce transformation solutions
  • Track record of winning new logo business in a B2B enterprise sales environment
  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling into one or more EMEA markets, with an understanding of regional buying dynamics

Industry & Market Knowledge

  • Genuine interest in AI and its application to learning, skills, and capability development
  • Understanding of corporate learning & development, talent management, or HR advisory markets
  • Awareness of workforce transformation trends and the shift toward skills-based, AI-enabled organizations
