Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Model Based Engineering Capability Group at BAE Systems. Lead and manage a team of engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for growth and improvement within the Model Based Engineering capabilities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Model Based Engineering to drive innovation within the organization. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to promote the capabilities and services of the Model Based Engineering group. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach and impact of the Model Based Engineering capabilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies in regards to Model Based Engineering processes and practices. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and mentorship to team members and other colleagues.
