Role: DevOps Engineer

We’re seeking a dynamic, results‑driven DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate infrastructure deployment; and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT environments. You’ll collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
  • Infrastructure as Code : Implement and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Set up comprehensive monitoring/logging with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to streamline deployments and boost system resilience.
  • Collaboration: Partner with development, QA, security, and IT teams to enhance deployment workflows and improve performance.
  • Security: Integrate security best practices into CI/CD workflows and infrastructure configuration.
  • Incident Management: Participate in resolving incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and swift recovery.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.

Experience: 7–10 years in DevOps or similar roles, with deep expertise in CI/CD, automation, cloud platforms, containerization, and scripting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering); a relevant Master’s is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, switching).
  • Implement and manage firewall, VPN, anti-spam, and web-filtering solutions.
  • Monitor network performance; optimize configurations; troubleshoot incidents and outages.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams on network segmentation, access control, and security hardening.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch/update cycles.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation: network diagrams, configurations, change logs, SOPs.
  • Provide escalation-level support for network incidents, coordinate resolution with vendors.
  • Participate in design reviews, vendor evaluations, and proof-of-concept trials.
  • Train internal IT staff on network best practices, policies, and tools.
