Working on a large-scale data migration initiative, partnering with Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology teams to deliver critical change across trading platforms.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead business analysis activities across complex data migration and transformation programmes. </li><li>Define and validate source-to-target mappings, reconciliation rules and data quality requirements. </li><li>Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis and support migration testing. </li><li>Work closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Finance to gather and document business requirements. </li><li>Support platform migration activities, ensuring data integrity and successful business acceptance. </li><li>Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve controls. </li><li>Leverage AI-assisted analysis tools to accelerate investigation, mapping validation and reconciliation activities. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong>✔ Proven Business Analyst experience delivering <strong>data migration, transformation and reconciliation</strong> projects.<br><br>✔ Strong background within <strong>Capital Markets</strong>, ideally covering <strong>Futures & Options</strong>.<br><br>✔ Experience across the full trade lifecycle, including:<br><br><ul><li>Trade Capture</li><li>Clearing</li><li>Settlement</li><li>Position Management</li><li>Exception Management<br><br></li></ul>✔ Expertise creating and validating:<br><br><ul><li>Source-to-target mappings</li><li>Data quality rules</li><li>Migration test cases</li><li>Business acceptance criteria<br><br></li></ul>✔ Strong understanding of <strong>Financial Accounting</strong> and <strong>General Ledger (GL)</strong> processes.<br><br>✔ Ability to investigate discrepancies across operational systems, product processors and finance platforms.<br><br>✔ Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Finance.<br><br><strong>Why apply?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work on a flagship transformation programme for one of the world’s leading global investment banks. </li><li>Long-term contract through to the end of 2026 with strong extension potential. </li><li>Hybrid working model. </li><li>Opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders on a business-critical migration programme. <br><br></li></ul><strong>If you’re an experienced Capital Markets Business Analyst with a strong background in data migration and Front Office operations, we’d love to hear from you.<br><br></strong>#BusinessAnalyst #CapitalMarkets #DataMigration #FrontOffice #FuturesAndOptions #InvestmentBanking #DataTransformation #ContractJobs #InsideIR35 #LondonJobs #BelfastJobs #FinancialServices #Hiring
