What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful introduction to Tangent’s services.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.

Understanding Client Needs
Proactively learn about your clients’ goals, challenges, and desired outcomes to ensure Tangent consistently delivers value.

Adoption and Engagement
Drive product adoption and engagement by running training sessions, offering proactive support, and maintaining regular communication.

Value Demonstration
Show Tangent’s impact through regular updates, insights, and best practice recommendations.

Problem Solving
Identify and resolve client issues quickly and effectively, escalating where necessary to ensure a seamless experience.

Retention and Growth
Work to reduce churn and identify opportunities for clients to expand their partnership with Tangent.

Feedback Collection
Gather client feedback and share insights with product and development teams to continuously improve our services.

Advocacy
Encourage satisfied clients to become Tangent advocates through testimonials, case studies, and referrals.

Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor client health metrics and prepare regular reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
