Office Co-ordinator - Home Based

Safe Pc Direct Ltd T/A Refurbmac is looking for an Office Co-ordinator to be responsible for the general operation of our office in UK. Duties will involve:
  • Customer support:
  • Emails Support
  • Calls Support
  • Chat Support
  • Amazon Support
  • Fax Support
  • Courier claims
  • Maintaining RMA lists
  • Calls to courier companies if needed
  • Generating Labels (If needed)
  • Maintaining Refund Data
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a relevant position.
  • Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills (UK Experience will be a plus point)
  • Must have good internet and own laptop.
  • Backup of light (no excuse on it)
  • Good communication and responsive. During working hours, should respond instantly.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • You must be a team player to work with a team of 10.
