Customer & Sales Support Executive (Automotive Tech)

About Brego

Brego is a growing technology company providing vehicle and asset valuation data to businesses across the automotive and leisure industries.

We're looking for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in customer support and develop into a full sales role.

The Role

You'll work closely with our sales team, helping customers, responding to new enquiries and qualifying potential opportunities.

You'll start by learning our product, customers and market through a mixture of customer support and sales activity. As you develop, you'll take on more sales responsibility, including discovery calls, demos and eventually managing your own pipeline.

The goal is for this role to progress into a Sales Executive / Account Executive position.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer queries through Zendesk
  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries
  • Speak with potential customers and understand their needs
  • Qualify leads and book sales meetings
  • Follow up with prospects
  • Support customer onboarding
  • Keep our CRM up to date
  • Support the wider sales team

As you progress, you'll start running your own sales calls, demos and opportunities.

You don't need previous SaaS or sales experience.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is confident speaking with people
  • Communicates clearly
  • Is organised and proactive
  • Learns quickly
  • Has a genuine interest in sales
  • Wants to progress and take on responsibility

Experience in sales, customer service, automotive or another customer-facing role is useful, but not essential.

Interest in the Automotive industry is also useful but not essential.

Why Brego?

You'll join a growing team where you'll get real responsibility and exposure to the full sales process.

This isn't intended to be a long-term support role. We want to develop someone who can grow into a successful salesperson and become a key part of our sales team.
