Responsibilities
- As a Crew Member, provide hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant and deliver the best customer experience every visit.
- Prepare food, serve on the till, or assist in the dining areas to look after customers\' needs.
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour with strong teamwork mentality.
- Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work across available shifts on weekdays and weekends (early mornings, afternoons, evenings & overnights).
