Crew Member (part time) – Archie\'s Birmingham

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Crew Member to join Archie’s in the Birmingham city centre. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, deliver great service and contribute to a vibrant, fun dining experience.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests with a smile, greet and offer menus
  • Take accurate orders and recommend menu items
  • Deliver orders promptly and ensure tables are tidy
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring cleanliness and safety
  • Support team members, learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
  • Work shift patterns that include late evenings and weekends

What we’re looking for

  • Can‑do attitude, great communication and a sharp eye for detail
  • Motated to learn, grow and deliver the perfect Archies experience
  • Excellent personal hygiene and presentation standards
  • Previous hospitality experience not required – we want enthusiasm and willingness to learn
