Job Title: Creative Designer - Maternity Cover

Location: South Wales

Scope of the Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and passionate Creative Designer to join our busy studio team in Penallta, South Wales .The role is hybrid with up to 2 days per week from home depending on business needs.

The Creative

Designer will be required to create innovative and commercial designs for greetings products. You will be required to work to deadlines with flexibility & creativity in order to create customer ranges of the highest quality that meet commercial objectives.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient IT skills, in particular the Adobe creative suite (PhotoShop & Illustrator)
  • Flexible to work demands
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be organised and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Quick to pick up new skills/knowledge
  • Great team spirit
  • Highly creative and able to build on inspirations and trends
Desirable:
  • An understanding of printing processes
  • Industry knowledge & good commercial understanding of customer requirements
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Packaging knowledge
