<p><b>About This Role</b> </p><p>We are recruiting a Director to join our Insurance team in Corporate Finance.</p><p>The Insurance Corporate Finance team advises clients across the insurance value chain. This includes work with balance-sheet carriers on corporate finance transactions such as M&A, divestments, capital raisings (including sidecars and other risk-capital vehicles), and supporting alternative asset managers entering the insurance market. </p><p>In parallel, the team has a strong focus on insurance distribution, services and InsurTech, advising private business owners and private equity investors on buy-side and sell-side M&A. The team is active across both the UK and European markets and is deeply embedded in the evolving strategic, regulatory and capital themes shaping the sector. </p><p>The Insurance Corporate Finance team is part of our wider Financial Services Lead Advisory & Restructuring team, which brings together deep sector expertise across two specialist groups (Private Credit Solutions and Insurance).</p><p></p><p><b>What your days will look like:</b></p><p>As a Director, you will combine transaction expertise and origination leadership to drive client outcomes and the growth of the team.
