About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Site Managers/Supervisors to join our team for multiple construction projects across London. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction site management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage site staff and allocate tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
