We are looking for an experienced Policy & Procedure Writer with a background in Financial Crime and Sanctions to support the creation, review, and simplification of operational documentation. The role will focus on translating complex regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements into clear, practical, and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that can be applied consistently across the business. - Background working in Banking, Financial Services, or Consulting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft to a high standard in plain English.
- Experience engaging with SMEs, senior stakeholders, and operational teams to capture requirements and build consensus.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, FATF, JMLSG) is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple documents/projects simultaneously.
