Job Description:

We are partnering with a forward-thinking professional services firm seeking a Client Relationship Manager on a part-time, fully remote basis. This role is perfect for a commercially-minded relationship expert who thrives on converting warm leads, growing existing accounts, and building long-term client relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive growth from both new and existing B2B client relationships.
  • Shape and implement a Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategy aligned with brand values.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Plan and manage client engagement initiatives, including events and feedback loops.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Deliver high-quality client reporting and progress presentations.

  • Proven success in relationship-led B2B sales, ideally in professional services.
  • Confidence in managing warm leads and converting them into lasting partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking.

  • Pro rata salary of £60,000.
