If you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and love being at the heart of the action, this one's for you.. **What you'll be doing:**. - Delivering VIP-level customer experiences during seasonal activations & artist launches. - Being the on-the-ground point of contact for artists, talent teams & guests. - Supporting event setup and live execution from start to finish. - Keeping the store energy high and every moment running smoothly. **You're a great fit if you have:**. - 1–3 years in events, hospitality, experiential retail or a customer-facing role. - Confidence engaging with customers, artists & VIP guests. - Strong multitasking skills and a calm head under pressure. - A genuine passion for live music, culture & shared experiences. - Flexible availability for evenings, weekends & event days.
