Chain Development Manager

<p>We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chain Development Manager to join Diageo's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain in our global markets.You should have a strong background in Supply Chain Management, with experience in the beverage industry being highly desirable. You should be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have strong analytical skills and be adept at managing and leading projects.The successful candidate will have a passion for driving operational excellence, with the ability to think strategically and spot opportunities for process improvement. You must be able to think outside the box and have a knack for problem solving. If you are an energetic self-starter with a can-do attitude, this could be the job for you! Responsibilities: Develop and implement global supply chain strategies and processes to maximize efficiency. Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimizing the supply chain. Manage and lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of supply chain initiatives. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on the progress of supply chain initiatives. Create and manage budgets and project timelines. Monitor and report on KPIs related to supply chain performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
