Call Centre Agent - Shift Work

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent chance to develop your sales skills within a supportive environment, utilising CRM software and engaging with diverse clients in both English and Spanish. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through engaging conversations
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
Achieve individual targets while contributing to team goals
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or related roles is desirable
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach to sales
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior experience in telemarketing or sales environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
