<strong>Area<br><br></strong>Student Living - Community Engagement<br><br><strong>Location<br><br></strong>UK Other<br><br><strong>Salary<br><br></strong>£26,908 to £28,890 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience.<br><br><strong>Closing Date<br><br></strong>Tuesday 08 September 2026<br><br><strong>Interview Date<br><br></strong>To be confirmed<br><br><strong>Reference<br><br></strong>REG284126X2<br><br>The Community Engagement team within the Student Living team, are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to ensure the seamless operational support and administrative efficiency of our fast-paced team, ultimately helping us connect and engage with the Nottingham community.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>As our Business Support Administrator, you will be a central point of support, taking ownership of a variety of tasks, including:<br><br><ul><li>Financial Administration and Reporting: Managing day to day ordering and financial record keeping, responding to departmental finance enquiries and resolve any daily issues and problems.</li><li>Operational & Campaign Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support for key community engagement campaigns and initiatives, working with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Administrative Management: Handling core administrative functions, including the coordination of stock takes, managing budget processes, maintaining records and assisting with payroll documentation.</li><li>Team Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operational running of the team by managing complex and routine administrative tasks.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional and effective communication (in person and in writing) with all partners and community members.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You'll Bring<br><br></strong>We are looking for an independent, confident, and proactive individual who meets the following criteria:<br><br><ul><li>Experience & Initiative: Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to manage tasks independently.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Experience of using Office 365 and core Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Organisational Excellence: Exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing an excellent standard of service.<br><br></li></ul>Further details regarding the qualifications, experience and duties for this post can be found on the attached job role profile.<br><br><strong>Hours of Work: <br><br></strong>This is a permanent, part time post working 25 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.
