Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Advance (Beta) Reader Feedback specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing insightful feedback on various written materials, contributing to the enhancement of our content quality. This position is ideal for those with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, who are passionate about literature and effective in conveying their thoughts.

The Book

Duties

  • Review and analyse written content, providing constructive feedback to authors.
  • Conduct data entry tasks to document feedback and track changes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and authors, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Utilise phone etiquette when discussing feedback with authors or team members.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate feedback clearly.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess content critically and provide valuable insights.
  • Experience with data entry tasks to ensure accurate documentation of feedback.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional interactions.
