Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bid Manager and Writer at Flexible Business Solutions for a 6-month fixed-term, with the very real opportunity to turn this into a substantive role. The role includes bid preparation, bid management, bid writing, and overseeing bid processes. The Bid Manager and Writer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, creating compelling proposals, and ensuring the successful submission of bids. You should be comfortable working with a range of clients at all levels of seniority; as a proactive communicator, you will be happy to work directly with clients with minimal oversight. We are very keen to hear from Bid Managers/Writers who are experienced in digital health/health tech industries; however, if this is not your experience base, please still consider applying. The role will be remote, with reasonable expectations to undertake travel within the UK; however, alternatives may be considered for the right candidate. You must retain the right to work in the UK. Qualifications Bid Preparation and Bid Management skills Bid Writing and Proposal Management expertise Knowledge of bid processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Experience in a similar role is essential, with writing skills our priority Salary Range: £45-50k with a bonus attached to any leads that translate into a signed contract. Transparency note: We are unable to offer a salary above £50k for this role; therefore, please ensure you are comfortable with this salary range when applying.
