Band 3 Admin Barnet - Part time Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

Job Purpose
This role is 2-3 days per week, 16-18 hours a week.

A very interesting role is available for a Job Share Support Worker for a visually impaired Team Lead Occupational Therapist (16-18 hours per week over 2-3 days each week). The ideal candidate should be reliable and flexible and keen to learn all about the service area we work in.

  1. Must have previous admin/PA experience of at least 1 year.
  2. Must be able to work 2-3 days a week.
  3. System work experience (desirable).

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing a high-quality administrative service to meet the requirements of the unit, including data collation and recording, audits, filing, and making and receiving telephone calls. Prioritizing the clinical team administration needs.
  2. Good typing speed.
  3. Excellent verbal and written skills, and competent in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook), prepare routine correspondence independently.
  4. Good attention to detail.
  5. Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
  6. Flexible approach to work and ability to be proactive, at times working unsupervised and managing own workload on a day-to-day basis.
  7. Will need to accompany OT on patient visits in the community, so should be able to drive and have access to a car. Ideally live within 10 minutes of EN4.
