B2B TELESALES PROFESSIONAL

Location: Home based

Flexi Hours / Days to suit personal circumstances

Salary: Excellent hourly rate + uncapped bonus paid within 48hrs max

We urgently need experienced B2B salesperson with a great personality & is driven my commission based sales – note all bonus paid within 48hrs max! Join a growing business with a strong reputation and a clear sales proposition.

Self-motivation, the ability to come up with ideas & a positive attitude are essential

Ideal background would be media sales, B2B in recruitment OR any target driven B2B sales environment.

You will have the freedom to work from home, choose hours that suit your circumstances and focus on what you do best: speaking to decision-makers and creating sales opportunities.

Full training, CRM support and ongoing guidance will be provided, but this role is best suited to someone who is confident, proactive and commercially driven.

Role Summary:

Quick turnaround sales

You will work from a daily updated CRM of B2B clients, focusing on high-quality outbound activity and consistent pipeline development.

This is a genuine sales role where you will sell media & recruitment packages on a payment-with-order basis, turning strong conversations into confirmed business.

Identify and speak directly with key hiring managers and decision-makers

Ask the right questions, fact-find effectively and uncover genuine needs

Record accurate call notes, contact information and sales activity within the CRM

Send compelling follow-up information, nurture prospects and build a personal pipeline

Maintain disciplined follow-up and keep momentum with every opportunity

Ideal Candidate:

You will be a proven B2B sales professional who enjoys the buzz of outbound calling and knows how to create value in a conversation.

A natural communicator with personality, confidence and commercial instinct — no script readers!

Tenacious, resilient and motivated by targets, progress and results

Advertised Media / job site / Recruitment sector experience would be an advantage, but strong B2B sales ability is the priority

Exceptional verbal & written communication skills – obviously!

Energetic, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own day from home

Excellent IT skills
