Consequently, we are seeing our clients undertaking a wide range of projects. As a Finance Senior consultant, Assistant Manager and Manager, you will work with our Managers, Senior Managers, Director to deliver exceptional service for our MENA clients.

Your key responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager and Manager, you will work with leading organizations in MENA to assist them manage their finance functions to drive efficiency and provide better financial insight. This is about changing the role of finance from transactional processing to supporting the business make better decisions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue and expenditure management, and performance reporting.
  • Support finance transformation programs, including finance operating model design, process improvement, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in public financial management, including spending reviews, revenue diversification, cost allocation, and pricing/repricing of government services.
  • Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures, controls, and accounting cycle processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Conduct benchmarking assessments and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements and support the implementation of finance transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare and present high-quality financial analysis, reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare, deliver and present high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to client senior management.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of recent relevant Finance Transformation and Financial Planning work experience in a leading business consulting organization or accounting organization
  • Hands on experience on major finance transformation and Financial Planning.
  • Knowledge of financial planning process, transactions and tools.
  • Skills in delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel across MENA on regular basis for client services
  • Preferably
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • Accounting/ finance qualifications/ certifications (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA CFA etc.)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
