AI transformation & Process Excellence Senior Analyst

Job Description

You're eager to learn how large organizations improve the way they work. You're comfortable doing research, organizing information, and helping the team stay on top of the details. You enjoy structure, take direction well, and want to understand how AI is changing the way your industry or function operates.

You're experienced using AI tools and curious about how AI agents are being designed to interact within business processes — the emerging field of AX Design — and how thoughtful agent experience design can make process transformation more effective.

THE WORK

Utilize relevant AI tools across all tasks and deliverable creation, including the creation of agents and other tools to help facilitate:

Gather industry or function research, benchmark data, and domain case examples; organize them into structured templates that support client assessments.

  • Support process redesign documentation by recording workshop outputs, collecting data inputs, and preparing tables for change-impact assessments.

  • Prepare slide and data inputs for transformation roadmap drafts and contribute sections to methodology playbooks and the reference library.

  • Maintain the team's reference library and IP documentation, and complete assigned AI literacy and continuous-learning modules.

  • Support the team in capturing how AI agents interact within process workflows — applying foundational AX Design awareness to ensure human-agent interaction points are clearly documented.
