Working Style: 3 days a week from office, 2 days anywhere About The Role We are looking for 2* AI / Machine Learning Engineer to build and operate production‑grade AI systems, with a strong focus on agentic workflows, model deployment, and MLOps practices. The role involves taking AI solutions from concept to production, ensuring they are scalable, observable, and reliable.

You will work at the intersection of machine learning, LLM‑based systems, and software engineering, building intelligent services that run in real‑world environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and implement agentic workflows, including multi‑step and stateful AI pipelines.
  • Build systems that leverage large language models (LLMs) for reasoning, orchestration, and automation
  • Build and expose AI capabilities through APIs and backend services
  • Operate and support AI systems running on-premise and cloud
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices
  • Demos and knowledge transfers to stakeholders around product developments.
Essential Skills / Experience
  • A background in machine learning and applied AI engineering
  • Experience building agent‑based or agentic AI systems
  • Hands‑on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
  • Experience with writing code according to software engineering best practice.
  • Proficiency in an object-oriented or functional programming language.
  • Knowledgeable in software version control with Git or SVN.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies on AWS, GCP or Azure.
Desirable Skills / Experience
  • Practical experience with building on AWS.
  • Experience deploying ML or statistical models into production environments.
  • Experience with MLOps concepts and tooling.
