Our services combine aesthetics, regenerative treatments, IV therapy, peptide and at-home wellness programs, and longevity-focused care—all with a highly personalized, concierge approach.</p><p>As we expand our aesthetics and longevity offerings, we are seeking an <strong>experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse</strong> to join our Los Angeles team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a confident, highly skilled RN with <strong>strong hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables and regenerative aesthetic treatments</strong>. This person should be equally comfortable performing aesthetic procedures, administering IV therapy, educating patients, and discussing our broader wellness and longevity services.</p><p>This is <strong>not an entry-level aesthetics position</strong>. Prior hands-on experience with neuromodulators and regenerative aesthetic treatments is strongly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform <strong>neuromodulator treatments</strong>, including Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, and similar products</li><li>Assess facial anatomy and develop appropriate aesthetic treatment plans within RN scope and established medical protocols</li><li>Perform <strong>PRP and PRF treatments</strong>, including facial and scalp applications</li><li>Perform <strong>PRF EZ Gel</strong> treatments</li><li>Perform <strong>PRP/PRF microneedling</strong> and other regenerative aesthetic procedures</li><li>Administer <strong>IV vitamin, hydration, wellness, and NAD+ therapies</strong></li><li><strong>Administer appropriate IM and subcutaneous injections under established protocols</strong></li><li><strong>Educate patients on proper self-injection technique</strong> for prescribed at-home programs, including initial injection education for GLP-1 and other injectable therapies</li><li>Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education and follow-up</li><li>Comfortably discuss Viva's wellness offerings, including <strong>peptide programs, GLP-1 programs, hormone optimization, IV therapy, vitamins, longevity services, and at-home programs</strong></li><li><strong>Collaborate closely with our Nurse Practitioners and Medical Director</strong></li><li><strong>Maintain excellent documentation, infection-control standards, patient safety, and compliance with clinical protocols</strong></li><li><strong>Deliver an elevated, warm, concierge-level patient experience</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p><ul><li>Active and unrestricted <strong>California RN license</strong></li><li><strong>2+ years of aesthetic nursing experience preferred</strong></li><li><strong>Significant hands-on experience administering Botox and other neuromodulators</strong></li><li><strong>Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection technique, dosing principles, and aesthetic assessment</strong></li><li><strong>Experience with PRP/PRF, PRF EZ Gel, microneedling, and regenerative aesthetics</strong></li><li><strong>Comfortable with scalp PRP/PRF treatments</strong></li><li><strong>Experienced and confident with IV placement and IV therapy</strong></li><li><strong>Comfortable educating patients on self-injection techniques</strong></li><li><strong>Familiarity with or strong interest in peptides, longevity medicine, functional wellness, GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills</strong></li><li><strong>Detail-oriented, professional, polished, and safety-focused</strong></li><li><strong>Comfortable working within a concierge/mobile wellness environment</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><p>Beyond technical skill, we're looking for someone who genuinely understands the intersection of <strong>aesthetics, wellness, and longevity</strong>.</p><p>Our ideal nurse can confidently perform an aesthetic consultation and neuromodulator treatment while also being knowledgeable enough to speak naturally with a patient about IV therapy, peptides, regenerative treatments, at-home wellness programs, and the broader Viva approach to health and longevity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Viva?</strong></p><p>You'll be joining Viva during an exciting period of growth as we expand beyond mobile IV therapy into a broader <strong>aesthetics, longevity, regenerative, and personalized wellness platform</strong>.</p><p>This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company, work across multiple treatment categories, and become an important part of our Los Angeles clinical team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>To Apply:</strong></p><ul><li>Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your aesthetic experience, including your experience with <strong>neuromodulators, PRP/PRF, PRF EZ Gel, microneedling, scalp treatments, and IV therapy</strong>.</li></ul>
