Administrative Assistant, FinOps
Within the FinOps organisation, the Workplace team is responsible for far more than managing office space. We elevate the Netflix experience so that each individual feels inspired and equipped to do the best work of their lives. The Finance and Strategy team defines the long-term Ad Strategy direction for the Ads business by advising local Ads leadership on market positioning, strategic initiatives, and growth priorities
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support three Directors within the Workplace/FinOps team. This role is based in our London office and will work closely with regional Workplace leads, HR business partners, Finance, and cross-functional partners across multiple time zones.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple and diverse responsibilities across time zones with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
Managing complex calendars for three Directors, including scheduling and confirming meetings across time zones.
Coordinating and supporting team offsites, training sessions, and regional Workplace events.
Arranging domestic and international travel.
General admin: processing expenses, raising purchase orders, tracking budget items, and maintaining Google group distribution lists.
Preparing presentation materials, agendas, and meeting notes.
Managing communication and information flow across Workplace, HR, Finance, and regional teams.
Coordinating with Workplace leads and assistants to keep the wider org aligned.
Building strong working relationships with peers and assistants across regions.
Handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Must-have
5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, including supporting at Director level or above.
Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.
AI proficiency, including comfort using AI tools to support day-to-day admin work.
Able to prioritise, manage complex calendars, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic setting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite (or similar productivity tools).
Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
A commitment to embrace and advocate for inclusion.
Nice-to-have
Previous experience supporting a Workplace, Real Estate, or FinOps function.
Experience coordinating events, off-sites, or training.
A second European language, or additional language skills relevant to our international markets.
